Pooja chowki tables are beautiful  hand-painted, tables from Northern India.  They were they were traditionally used as low dining tables in traditional Indian havelis. Aound these tables, the family would sit on the floor and enjoy filling, aromatic meals together.

They were also used to hold statues of the gods and goddesses that protect the home, family and farms.
