20 years of selling highly customizable products have taught us that phone conversations are too open to interpretation. In order to provide the best service, we need pictures and written information.
The second reason is that email is fed into our customer relationship software. This means that the information related to each order is visible for all to see.
Dealing with Morocco and managing our artisans is the challenging part of our business, and by eliminating the possibility of any confusion early in the process, we can do better.
Our business continues to become more product sourcing and project focussed. Our working strategy allows us greater freedom to focus our limited resources where they are most needed and most importantly allow us to concentrate on what is important to us, working with our artisans to provide our customers with gorgeous décor at prices that they can afford.
